Skhotheni is one of many celebrities who have chosen the path of spirituality. She works with ancestors and with spirits to help people who come to her with physical and emotional problems.
The spiritual healer goes the modern way and allows for digital consultation. She owns a product range of perfumes, soaps, lotions, car sprays, and teas. Her physical location is in Harrismith, the Free State.
As a reality TV star, she has had stints on Dlozi Lam on Moja Love and iZangoma Zodumo on Mzansi Magic.
Apart from being a traditional healer, Gogo is a businesswoman, community leader, and Gobela. She manufactures and sells cosmetic products such as soaps, which she says are inclusive and anyone can use them.

Personal Life
Gogo Skhotheni married Monde Shange in 2020. She revealed that she separated from her husband in 2023 but are back together in 2024.
She revealed that her ancestors had instructed her to take a second husband, and she did. They (her ancestors) communicated with her in her dreams, telling her she needed another partner. Her husbands lived separately.
In 2024, the sangoma and her estranged husband, Monde, announced the demise of their son, Monde Junior Shange. In December 2023, she debuted a tattoo on her arm inhonorr of her son.
The traditional healer announced that she was now a born-again Christian after allowing God into her life. However, she never denounced her role as a sangoma.
Gogo Skhotheni has undergone cosmetic surgery procedures. She has had a tummy tuck liposuction procedure and filled her hip dips.
